Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual educational plans and student goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to students individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsincluding educators, counselors, and familiesto optimize student progress
• Document sessions, maintain up-to-date progress notes, and comply with school documentation requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
• Provide training and resources for teachers and parents to support carryover and generalization of therapy strategies
