Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Experience working in a school setting, especially with diverse and exceptional student populations, is valued
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Design individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs and educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer consultation and resources for staff and families to support student growth both in and out of the classroom
  • Adapt therapy approaches to fit remote, hybrid, or in-person learning environments as needed
