Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Wisconsin
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to consult effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure progress
• Deliver therapy services one-on-one and in small group settings, targeting receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication skills
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student success
• Serve as a valuable resource for faculty and families, offering strategies to support students ongoing growth
