Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with working with students across various age groups (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with educators, support staff, and families
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Monitor progress, maintaining accurate records and reports in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences as needed
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families to support carryover of strategies beyond therapy sessions
