Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Valid Professional Educators License
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based SLP services
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping young learners
  • Familiarity with a variety of speech and language disorders in school settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for PreK-8th grade students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain organized documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Use evidence-based practices to deliver therapy in both individual and small-group settings
