Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in a school setting
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CF)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting K-12 students preferred
- Adaptability to work with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students across various grade levels
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students needs are met
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
- Provide support and guidance for communication and language development
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities
