Job Description

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin
  • DPI certification
  • Previous experience in a professional school environment
  • Proficiency working with pediatric populations
  • Commitment to best practices in assessment and intervention
  • Strong skills in collaboration and communication with educators and families
  • Comfort supporting students with a range of communication challenges

What Youll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-5 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and materials
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
