Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) and CA CTC required
• Strong background in school-based speech-language services
• SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
• Experience or passion for supporting pediatric populations in educational settings
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement intervention plans tailored for elementary students
• Compassionate communication and collaboration skills for working with children, families, and educators

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy for students in grades K-5
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and education plans
• Conduct thorough evaluations and document progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and support staff
• Support IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for holistic student growth
• Maintain up-to-date records and participate in ongoing professional development
