Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • California SLP Licensure is required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience in school settings and/or pediatric practice strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to serve children with varied needs and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students based on IEP goals
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and report progress according to school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
  • Adapt service delivery and intervention for both in-person and virtual/teletherapy models, as appropriate
