Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome
  • Experience working with children or in school settings highly valued
  • Skilled in administering assessments, developing IEP goals, and delivering individualized and group therapy
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, addressing a variety of communication needs
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collaborate with multidisciplinary IEP teams
  • Develop targeted treatment plans based on student needs, updating goals as appropriate
  • Maintain thorough records and progress notes to document student response and support compliance
  • Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support generalization of skills in academic settings
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
