An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school setting located in Thomasville, NC. This contract role involves working on-site to provide essential speech-language pathology services to students from grades 4 through 12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students ranging from grades 4 to 12, with a caseload of 40-45 students.
- Utilize ECATS and Infinite Campus systems to document progress and manage caseload efficiently.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective communication goals.
- Maintain compliance with all state and district policies related to speech therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLP license (verification required).
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- NC Department of Public Instruction G License.
- Experience with ECATS is mandatory.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- This role requires on-site presence only; no remote work or use of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) at this time.
Work Schedule:
- Contract duration is from ASAP until June 9, 2026.
- Approximately 2530 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
