Qualifications/Experience:
- Active Oregon RN license (required)
- Previous pediatric or school nursing experience highly desirable
- Confidence with ventilator care, airway management, and tracheostomy support
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 medical care for a first-grade student with congenital heart and lung conditions
- Oversee and manage ventilator operation and troubleshooting
- Perform breathing treatments, suctioning, and airway management as needed
- Assist with bathroom and daily living needs
- Collaborate with educational staff to ensure a supportive learning environment
