Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure with current WA state credentials required
• Experience working in school, pediatric, or healthcare therapy settings preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Comfort working with diverse student populations
• Motivated new graduates and those pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services in an on-site school environment
• Evaluate students' functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy interventions, monitor progress, and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with special education staff, families, and other professionals to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
• Support school initiatives for student well-being and inclusion
