Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure with current WA state credentials required
- Experience working in school, pediatric, or healthcare therapy settings preferred
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Comfort working with diverse student populations
- Motivated new graduates and those pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services in an on-site school environment
- Evaluate students' functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy interventions, monitor progress, and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with special education staff, families, and other professionals to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
- Support school initiatives for student well-being and inclusion
