Job Description

Seeking two skilled Speech Language Pathologists to support students in a school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position is based in Tenino, WA, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The caseload includes both elementary and secondary students, providing a diverse and rewarding professional experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and within school environments
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Familiarity with both healthcare and educational speech-language pathology practices

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from elementary through secondary levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with licensing and school policies
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP (Individualized Education Plan) development, and continuous professional growth activities
