Job Description

Youll work collaboratively as the dedicated SLP for a caseload of approximately 58 students, shaping individualized interventions and tracking progress for diverse learners. Candidates should offer the following:

  • Valid Arizona SLP license
  • CCC-SLP credential
  • Active IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Arizona DOE certification
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering speech and language therapy services for K-8th grade students
  • Conducting screenings, evaluations, and assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Documenting student performance and progress
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
