A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Temecula, CA, specializing in pediatric and school settings. This role offers the chance to provide essential speech and language services to students, supporting their communication development and academic success.
Key Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current licensure and eligibility to practice as an SLP in school settings
- Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare or educational environments
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and delivering remote speech therapy sessions
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred, with a commitment to contract duration
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Provide therapy through in-person and teletherapy methods as appropriate
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school and state regulations
