Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within an educational setting. This role involves providing remote speech therapy to students across a broad spectrum of grade levels including elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12). The position supports the development of communication skills critical for academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual evaluations and individualized speech therapy sessions tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support speech-language goals.
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and assessments.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques and technological tools to engage students effectively in a remote format.
  • Adapt services to accommodate diverse learning styles and communication challenges.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent state licensure).
  • Experience providing speech therapy in school settings, preferably with telespeech delivery.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students remotely.
