Job Description

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school setting for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role focuses on providing speech and language therapy services for students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are preferred to meet the diverse needs of the student population.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services via direct sessions and teletherapy platforms.
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to support students academic and social development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies.
  • Participate in meetings and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is required.
  • Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy techniques and technology.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or current Clinical Fellowship Candidate status.
  • SLPA credential holders with experience in school or healthcare settings may also be considered.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset but not mandatory.

  • Position is based in Sunnyvale, CA, supporting students in the surrounding area.
