A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services across multiple grade levels, including elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12). This role supports students with diverse communication needs through virtual platforms, enhancing speech and language development in an educational setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations via telespeech technology.
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for students across various grade levels.
- Collaborating with educators to integrate speech services within the learning environment.
- Monitoring progress and maintaining detailed documentation according to educational standards.
- Providing family guidance and resources to support speech goals at home.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience providing telespeech or telepractice services in school settings.
- Familiarity with speech therapy approaches suitable for students in elementary through high school.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a remote service delivery model.
