A contract Speech-Language Pathologist with expertise in telespeech services is sought to support students across a diverse range of grade levels, including elementary (K-5), middle (grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12). This position involves delivering speech and language therapy remotely, using telepractice platforms to assess and treat students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals.
• Provide telespeech therapy sessions to students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
• Participate in virtual meetings and professional development as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification and license.
• Experience working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Proficient in telespeech/telepractice service delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students remotely.
• Ability to manage caseload and maintain organized records.
• Familiarity with educational environments and developmental communication disorders.

Location: Sterling Heights, MI (services provided remotely with a focus on schools in this area).
