Job Description
An opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This full-time, onsite position involves delivering speech therapy services within a school setting, focusing on pediatric caseloads. The role demands expertise in both traditional and teletherapy methods to effectively address diverse communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services telephonically and in person
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Language Pathologist Endorsement
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology preferred
- Demonstrated experience in school-based speech therapy
- Familiarity with teletherapy delivery models
- Strong communication and organizational skills
