Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) professionals are sought for a full-time contract position providing telespeech and teletherapy services to school-aged children in the Silver Spring, MD area. This role involves delivering virtual speech therapy services exclusively within the Eastern Standard Time zone, supporting a diverse student population from elementary through middle school levels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting teletherapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
• Managing caseloads that range from approximately 40 to 57 students throughout the academic year
• Collaborating with supervisors to determine suitable caseload assignments based on experience and geographic location
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and progress reports in accordance with school district guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with all credentialing and background check requirements

Qualifications and experience sought:

• Hold an active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Possess a minimum of three years post-COVID virtual school-based SLP experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage teletherapy caseloads effectively
• Must reside and be eligible to work within the Eastern Standard Time zone
• Ability to provide current license, resume, and professional references upon application
• Successful completion of background checks aligned with state requirements

Work schedule involves a 35-hour workweek, starting August 25, 2026, through June 11, 2027.
