A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services within a K-12 educational setting. This role focuses on providing remote speech therapy support to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, including grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech-language therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans for speech and language development.
- Collaborate with educators to integrate speech goals within the classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff to support student achievement.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification.
- Experience providing SLP services via telespeech platforms.
- Familiarity with developmental stages and speech-language needs of students from early elementary through high school.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage students remotely.
- Ability to manage caseload and adhere to contract duration requirements.
Location:
- Shakopee, MN (remote telespeech services with coordination in the local school district).
