Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for certified Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants skilled in teletherapy and in-person school-based services. This role supports students from transitional kindergarten through 8th grade, working with an average caseload of 43 students across up to two schools. While in-person presence is preferred, flexible arrangements including teletherapy solutions are welcomed.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, delivering targeted intervention plans, and collaborating with paraeducators or support staff who provide district supervision. The position accommodates professionals holding valid SLPA or SLP licensure and offers an engagement starting immediately through the end of the school year.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs or valid SLPA licensure
  • Experience working in pediatric and school settings, including teletherapy service delivery
  • Familiarity with both healthcare and educational environments
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and coordinate with district support personnel
  • Completion of fingerprinting and standard onboarding procedures prior to start

This role involves participation in a remote interview panel via Zoom scheduled as soon as possible, with expedited decision-making to facilitate quick placement. No formal training will be provided; a signed contract is required before commencing.

Available for candidates located in or near Santa Rosa, CA with willingness to serve Foresthill and surrounding areas. Open to multiple placement solutions to best fit professional preferences.
