Job Description

A full-time contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) skilled in telespeech and teletherapy services, based in Rio Rancho, NM. This role supports school-based therapy initiatives, offering telepractice solutions to students in an educational setting. Multiple positions are being considered to build a pool of qualified candidates for future potential backfills.

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services via teletherapy platforms to students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with educational and therapeutic standards.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and families to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes.
  • Ensure adherence to licensure requirements and professional guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Credentials of Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience providing teletherapy or telespeech services in a school setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for remote therapy sessions.
  • Knowledge of appropriate assessment and intervention techniques for pediatric populations.
  • Ability to manage caseload effectively in a virtual environment.
