A Speech Language Pathologist skilled in teletherapy is needed to deliver virtual speech and language services to K-12 students in a school setting located in Reading, PA. This contract assignment spans the current school year with an anticipated end date in June 2026, following the traditional school calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy interventions to students with speech and language disabilities.
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and meetings.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and perform ongoing progress monitoring.
- Maintain documentation and reports in compliance with Pennsylvania state and federal education regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals in a virtual environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist license.
- PA Department of Education (PDE) credential.
- Minimum of one year of experience delivering virtual or teletherapy school-based speech-language pathology services within Pennsylvania.
- Experience working effectively in a virtual school environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills tailored for teletherapy.
Schedule and Location:
- Part-time position requiring approximately 21 hours per week, spread over three days.
- Work conducted remotely from the candidates home within Pennsylvania.
