Job Description

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services through virtual platforms, supporting K-12 students in a school setting. This contract role involves delivering teletherapy interventions designed to enhance communication skills and support educational outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations, screenings, and therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state licensure and school district guidelines.
  • Utilize teletherapy technologies effectively to engage students remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure.
  • Experience providing speech therapy via telepractice, particularly with K-12 populations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques for virtual platforms ensuring student engagement.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethical standards.

Location: Remote position serving the Corpus Christi, TX school district.

Duration: Contract assignment from ASAP through May 28, 2026.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
