Job Description

Professional opportunity for licensed Speech Language Pathologists providing virtual services within a K-12 educational setting. Assignments are available across multiple school locations in West Palm Beach, FL, delivering teletherapy to diverse student populations, including those with regular education needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Pre-Kindergarten, and other special education categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver virtual speech-language pathology services to students ranging from early childhood through high school.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with educators and administrators to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of sessions and student outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with state and district educational and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Speech Language Pathology license issued by the Department of Health.
  • Prior experience providing teletherapy within school-based settings.
  • Strong knowledge of speech disorders across various age groups and disabilities.
  • Ability to manage caseloads with varying student needs including ASD, communication goals, and other special education categories.
  • Completion of required fingerprinting and background checks in accordance with Florida school district policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Assignment Details:

  • Full-time schedule, 35 hours per week (7 hours daily).
  • Contract duration through the current school year ending 5/29/26.
  • Assignments may vary by location and student age group.
  • Positions open for experienced SLPs only; Clinical Fellows and Assistants not accepted.
