A contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) specializing in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, teletherapy, and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) settings. This role is located in Petaluma, CA, with assignments primarily supporting up to two schools serving students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade. The caseload includes approximately 43 students, offering a dynamic and engaging environment to apply skills across a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services in person, with openness to teletherapy options.
- Deliver evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with para-educators, RBTs, CNAs, or LPNs who assist with supervision.
- Maintain required documentation and participate in remote interviews.
- Comply with district onboarding processes including fingerprinting prior to start.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP or SLPA licensure.
- Experience in school-based settings with TK-8 populations.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and delivering remote speech services.
- Ability to work with pediatric and healthcare populations in both in-person and telepractice formats.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Readiness to start as soon as possible, with prompt contract review and decision-making.

- Open to all service delivery models, including Voco solutions.
- Contract duration extends through the end of the school year.
- Supports up to two schools, allowing focused caseload management.
- Interviews conducted via Zoom for convenience.
- Fingerprinting is required before beginning assignment.
- No additional training provided onsite.
