A part-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatric and school-based services. This role involves delivering speech-language therapy to a homebound student in the student's residence during the 20262027 school year. The position requires providing teletherapy and onsite care, emphasizing support for medically vulnerable individuals.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions tailored to the student's needs.
• Utilizing teletherapy and in-person techniques to enhance communication skills.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and educators to support student progress.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of therapy goals and outcomes.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols when working in a home-based environment.

Qualifications and experience:

• Active Rhode Island Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Experience or certification in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
• Proficiency in providing teletherapy and onsite services.
• Familiarity with pediatric speech therapy and healthcare settings.
• Ability to work with medically vulnerable and homebound students.

Location: Providence, RI
