A part-time Speech-Language Pathology opportunity is available in the Orland Park, IL area for the upcoming school year. This role involves providing telepractice and in-school speech therapy services to support student communication needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering evidence-based speech-language therapy services via telepractice as well as on-site support in a school setting
• Monitoring student progress and adapting therapy plans accordingly
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with school regulations and policies
• Participating in relevant meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid SLP license appropriate for school-based practice
• Experience working with children in school environments, including telespeech service delivery
• Ability to obtain or hold an Illinois LBS1 SPED license preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload responsibilities effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to part-time hours and changing schedules

Additional details regarding caseload and specific school assignments will be provided during the hiring process. Initial interviews are conducted remotely via Zoom, with decisions communicated promptly within 24 hours. Candidates must complete required onboarding steps, including fingerprint clearance and signed contracts prior to starting.
