A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 26/27 school year, specializing in both telespeech and in-school services. This role is based in Odessa, DE, and offers a contract position with consistent weekly hours totaling 37.5 per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing speech and language impairments.
• Deliver therapy sessions both through telespeech platforms and in traditional school settings.
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience with telespeech services in an educational environment is highly valuable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs.
