Job Description
Providing speech-language pathology services through telespeech and traditional in-school methods, this contract position in Odessa, DE, offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week from August 25, 2026, through November 13, 2026. Services focus on supporting students communication skills within the school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy using both telespeech and in-person approaches.
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance communication outcomes.
- Adhering to all relevant state and federal regulations governing school-based therapy services.
Qualifications for this role:
- Current and valid Delaware license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP CCC).
- Proven experience in school-based speech pathology and telespeech services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
