Job Description
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, providing services to K-12 students in a school setting located in Modesto, CA. This contract opportunity requires delivering telespeech and onsite speech-language pathology support with a strong focus on pediatric caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student needs
- Provide direct speech therapy services both in-person and via telepractice
- Monitor and document student progress regularly
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support student outcomes
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to school-based services
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure in California (CA SLP licensure required)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, particularly in pediatric and school settings
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational environments
- Ability to conduct telespeech therapy effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
