A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services. This role supports students across various educational levels, including elementary (grades K-5), middle school (grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12). The position focuses on delivering remote speech-language therapy to address communication disorders and enhance student communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments via telepractice
- Developing individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve speech, language, and communication abilities
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential recognized in the state
- Experience providing speech therapy services to children in elementary through high school grades
- Proficiency in telespeech delivery and telepractice technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote interaction
- Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently within a contract framework
