A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services within an educational setting. This position involves working with students across a range of grade levels, including elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12). The role offers the chance to provide teletherapy services, supporting speech and language development remotely while maintaining strong communication with educators and families.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through high school.
• Delivering virtual therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to integrate speech-language goals within academic plans.
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with educational and therapeutic standards.
• Adapting therapy techniques to meet diverse communication challenges through telepractice.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school grade levels.
• Proficiency in delivering telespeech or teletherapy services.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders common in school-aged children.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators and families.
