A full-time opportunity is available for a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist serving K-12 students in Lake Villa, IL. This role requires onsite work during the 26/27 school year, providing specialized speech-language services to a diverse school-age population.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conducting assessments and tracking progress in line with state guidelines
- Utilizing bilingual skills to support English and Spanish-speaking students effectively
Qualifications and experience required:
- Valid Illinois SLP License and Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish essential for effective communication and therapy delivery
- Experience working with school-age children in speech and language therapy settings preferred
