A teletherapy role offering speech-language pathology services to students across various age groups in a school setting. This full-time contract position requires a commitment to virtual school-based therapy, providing support via telespeech and teletherapy platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote speech-language pathology assessments and interventions for elementary through middle school students.
• Manage caseloads effectively, with elementary caseloads up to 40 students and middle school caseloads reaching up to 57 during peak periods.
• Collaborate with supervisors to tailor assignments based on individual skills and geographic location.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in credentialing and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license is mandatory.
• Minimum of three years post-COVID virtual school-based speech-language pathology experience.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices to engage students remotely.
• Ability to work a full 35-hour week on Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for effective caseload management and collaboration.

Location:

• Remote work supporting schools in the Rockville, MD, and Washington, DC areas.
• Candidates must reside within the EST zone for eligibility.

Additional Requirements:

• Completion of state-mandated background checks.
• Submission of a current resume, images of licensure, and professional references for credentialing purposes.
• Participation in internal prescreening interviews conducted by the staffing team.
