Job Description

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade during the 2026-2027 school year. The assignment is located in Mountain View, CA, within a public school setting.

Responsibilities include providing speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population, utilizing teletherapy and in-person methods. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better serve students with varying language needs. The role requires collaboration with educators and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address communication disorders across developmental levels.

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials
  • Experience in pediatric speech and language therapy, preferably in educational settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques for delivering remote services
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is a plus
  • Knowledge of working with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in both school and healthcare environments
  • Ability to work with students across a wide grade range, from early childhood to high school
