Job Description
A Speech-Language Pathologist role is available to provide telespeech services for students ranging from elementary through high school levels. This position focuses on supporting speech and language development across various grade spans including kindergarten through 12th grade, with special attention to elementary, middle, and high school students. Services will be delivered remotely, enabling flexibility and access to students in diverse educational settings.
Key responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders using teletherapy platforms, collaborating with educators and families to support individualized education plans, and tracking student progress to ensure effective intervention outcomes. The role requires adaptability in working with students across different grade levels and proficiency in telespeech methodologies.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with state licensure if applicable
- Experience providing telespeech services in educational settings
- Ability to work effectively with students in grades K-12, including elementary, middle, and high school
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to remote delivery
- Familiarity with educational assessment and intervention techniques for speech and language disorders
