Job Description
Providing specialized speech-language pathology services through teletherapy, this role supports students in grades 6-12 focusing primarily on language and articulation. Deliver therapy for approximately 10 hours per week, serving an itinerant caseload within a school setting.
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Contract Length: Immediate start through end of the school year
Work Hours: 10 hours weekly
Student Population: Grades 6-12
Service Delivery: Teletherapy for language and articulation goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized speech-language therapy plans addressing language and articulation needs for secondary students
- Deliver services via telespeech and teletherapy platforms, ensuring engagement and progress remotely
- Document session notes and collaborate with school personnel to support student goals
- Adhere to district policies regarding caseload management and IEP compliance
- Participate in team meetings and administrative tasks as required, with indirect hours compensated
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing speech therapy services in school settings, preferably teletherapy
- Familiarity with managing caseloads for middle and high school students
- Knowledge of articulation and language disorder interventions
- Ability to use telepractice technology effectively
