A contract position is available for a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services in support of a school district in Dover, PA. This role offers 35 hours per week for the 2026-2027 school year and is coordinated through a regional educational intermediary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech-language pathology services to students using teletherapy methods
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders within the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district standards
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or approved teaching license applicable to SLP services
- Experience providing teletherapy or telespeech services within educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development
- Proficient with virtual therapy platforms and technology necessary for remote service delivery
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
