Job Description

Position Overview:
A contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide virtual telespeech services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings throughout Michigan. This role supports speech development and communication skills for school-aged children remotely, offering flexible full-time or part-time hours for the remainder of the 2025/26 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver virtual speech-language therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure communication goals align with academic objectives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and district standards.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP licensure applicable to Michigan practice.
  • Experience providing telespeech therapy in school settings, preferred.
  • Familiarity with the specific speech and language development needs of elementary through high school students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate virtually.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively within a remote work environment.

Location:
This is a fully remote role supporting students in Michigan. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Michigan and able to work within the school's calendar for the 2025/26 academic year.
