Location: Remote (Supporting School Districts in Dayton, OH)Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / ContractSetting: K12 School Districts (Remote / Elementary Focus Available)Position OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to provide high-quality remote speech and language services to students in the Dayton, Ohio area for the upcoming school year.This position is designed for clinicians who value the flexibility of working from home while remaining an integral part of a collaborative school community. In this role, you will deliver live, interactive teletherapy sessions, supported by on-site paraprofessionals and district staff, ensuring Dayton-area students receive consistent, individualized support to meet their communication milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Telepractice Intervention: Deliver engaging, individualized, and small-group teletherapy sessions targeting articulation, expressive/receptive language, social pragmatics, fluency, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).Assessments & Evaluations: Administer standardized digital evaluations, interpret assessment data, draft comprehensive evaluation team reports (ETR), and write compliant IEP goals aligned with Ohio Department of Education standards.IEP Team Participation: Facilitate and attend virtual IEP meetings, communicating progress, goals, and recommendations clearly to parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.On-Site Facilitator Coordination: Partner with district teletherapy e-helpers, paraprofessionals, and classroom teachers to coordinate student scheduling, maintain session engagement, and manage classroom carryover.Case Management & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely service logs and Medicaid billing documentation in compliance with Ohio state regulations and local district procedures.Caseload & Setting HighlightsTarget Populations: Opportunities across K12, with dedicated elementary (K5) caseloads available.Typical Caseload Sizes: Balanced, manageable student counts (averaging 4045 students depending on district assignment and FTE status).Focus Areas:Articulation & Phonological ProcessingExpressive & Receptive Language DeficitsPragmatic / Social Communication SkillsAutism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Fluency & Developmental DelaysQualificationsEducation: Masters or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders from an accredited program.Licensure:Active (or eligible to obtain) Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board. Valid (or eligible to obtain) Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License.
