Providing specialized speech-language support through telespeech and in-person services, this role offers an opportunity to deliver essential SLP interventions within a part-time school setting in Crete, Illinois. The position supports students under the guidance of an LBS1-certified special education license holder, ensuring compliance with state educational standards and individualized learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver telepractice and direct speech-language therapy sessions to students with diverse communication needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
• Participate in virtual interviews and onboarding processes conducted via Zoom.
• Comply with district requirements, including obtaining necessary fingerprint clearances prior to starting.
• Engage in any provided training to align with district protocols and therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license appropriate for school-based practice.
• Special Education certification (LBS1) preferred.
• Experience delivering both telespeech and in-school therapy services.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently within a part-time schedule.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to support interdisciplinary teams.
