A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and traditional school-based services. This role supports students in a public school setting located in Cicero, Illinois. The assignment begins with the upcoming 2025-2026 school year (CSY) and offers part-time hours, with specific details on caseload and schedule to be confirmed during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized speech-language pathology services to students following established IEP goals.
• Deliver both in-person and telespeech therapy sessions tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student communication skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress notes, and assessments.
• Participate in virtual interviews and onboarding processes via Zoom.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification or license suitable for school settings.
• Experience with telespeech therapy platforms and in-school SLP services.
• Active special education licensure (LBS1) or SPED credentials may be required for supervisory support.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student populations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
