Job Description

VocoVision is actively seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a fully remote K-12 school-based position supporting students across Illinois for the remainder of the 20252026 school year.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity for an experienced, independent clinician who is comfortable managing a virtual caseload, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with school teams to support student success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
  • Develop and manage IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
  • Support students with a variety of communication needs

Required Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Illinois SLP License REQUIRED
  • Active Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) REQUIRED
  • ASHA CCC-SLP REQUIRED
  • 2+ years school-based experience preferred
  • Experience with virtual therapy and IEP management strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $90.00. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
