Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a fully virtual school-based position supporting students across Massachusetts. This role provides teletherapy services to help students improve communication skills and access the curriculum in a remote learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual speech and language therapy to K-12 students
  • Conduct remote assessments and support IEP eligibility decisions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams virtually
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or eligible Massachusetts SLP license
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred 
  • 2 Years School-based experience required
  • Strong communication and technology skills
