Opportunities are available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) experienced in teletherapy services within educational settings. These full-time contract positions focus on delivering speech and language support to students through telespeech and teletherapy platforms.
Location: Bernalillo, New Mexico
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions remotely to students.
- Utilize teletherapy techniques to support individual and group caseloads effectively.
- Collaborate with educators and families to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance with district policies.
- Participate in virtual meetings and professional development sessions as required.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Must hold active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Proven experience delivering teletherapy or telespeech services in a school environment.
- Strong knowledge of age-appropriate speech and language assessment and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage virtual caseloads.
