Job Description

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services to support elementary, middle, and high school students virtually throughout the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. This opportunity focuses on delivering remote speech therapy to students within the state of Michigan.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations remotely
  • Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborating with educational staff and families through virtual platforms
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy techniques accordingly

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
  • Proven experience working with school-aged children across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Proficiency with telespeech technologies and virtual service delivery methods
  • Strong communication skills to engage students and liaise effectively with educators and parents
  • Ability to work independently with minimal onsite supervision
